This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notice and policy applies to tamilbookspdf.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and explains how to submit a copyright infringement notice and have content removed.

After You File a Notice

  • We will review the notice and, if it complies with the DMCA, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • We will make a reasonable attempt to notify the user who posted the material.
  • If the user submits a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless you file a court action.
  • Repeat infringers will be terminated.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and its previous location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court.

Misuse of DMCA Notices

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Please do not make false claims.
